When starting work on the counter, new customer support assistants undertake a four-week training programme. The primary two weeks contain studying the background information needed for the work. The following two weeks are spent as a trainee in a put up workplace. It could also be necessary to journey to a training branch for preliminary coaching. Further assist and training is then offered, as needed, by the supervisor/manager.
