We are able to use different mixture of polyester yarns and forms of weaving. That will change its tearing power, breaking power…etc. And we will modify thickness and structure of pvc movie to regulate weight, by changing formulation to allow FR, anti-static, air tight, chemical resistant…and so forth. PVC film hardness can also cause completely different hand feeling. When producing we can use completely different expertise (for example: cold lamination, sizzling lamination, knife coating) for different utility of fabric. Totally different embossing roller can make the fabric floor glossy, matte or embossed pattern. That is how we customize industrail fabrics according to request.

Smoke tarps are a smaller tarp that is put over the entrance of the load to protect it from dust, smoke or soot. They're smaller tarps about 10’x12′ as they're solely wanted to protect the front of the load. Smoke tarps will also be used to replace the flap of a lumber tarp.
